Spring may actually be here!! It seems to have taken a long time to get here, where I live, but it is finally here--I think.

In celebration of warmer days, let's have a free pattern giveaway! To have your name entered to win, just post a note sharing what your favorite thing about spring is. My favorite things about spring are definitely Easter and the warming weather! I know that it's the gateway to summertime, which is my absolute favorite seaon. :-)

I will draw a few names from the hat tomorrow afternoon/evening and post the winners on my Facebook page. Thank you for playing, and good luck!!

I love seeing all of the bulb flowers, especially daffodils, tulips and crocus, pop out of the ground! Then when they start to open, you realize that they end of the winter drearies is in sight!

I love watching the birds that make nests in our yard and have little babies of their own. When my daughter was 3, we had a Robins nest under our porch and we got to stand above it and peek through the cracks and watch as she added egg after egg and then we watched as they hatched. I loved seeing the look on my daughters face as she saw the changes happening. When they all hatched, she called them slugs.

My favorite part about spring is the longer days and seeing everything in bloom. It's like the earth has been rejuvenated after a long winter. Brings out the feeling of youthfulness!
